Water won’t stand a chance with Mar-flex 5000, and its heavy duty, elastomeric emulsion waterproofing membrane. Mar-flex 5000 is able to resist freeze/thaw cycles while remaining flexible due to the concentration of polymer it contains. The result is a highly rubber-fortified waterproofing product with decreased permeability and increased durability. In keeping with Mar-flex’s commitment to providing environmentally friendly building materials, Mar-flex 5000 is produced with 20% recycled content (WB).
